Returns & Refunds policy

At Arts By Namita, every product is handmade with care and creativity, making each piece unique. As our products are crafted in limited collections and often offered at discounted prices, we follow a strict no return and no exchange policy.

1. No Returns & No Exchanges

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

  • Customers are requested to carefully review product details, descriptions, and images before placing an order.

2. Custom Orders

  • For any specific customization requests, customers must place an order via email at artsbynamita@gmail.com.

  • The owner reserves the right to accept or decline custom orders if the design cannot be created.

  • In case a custom request is declined, the customer will be notified within 24 hours.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • Since each product is handmade, minor variations in color, design, or finish may occur. These are not considered defects.

  • If a product arrives damaged in transit or is incorrect, customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any claim related to damaged or incorrect products. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

  • After verification, we will provide a suitable resolution (repair, replacement, or partial refund) at our discretion.
